We demand our printing presses back -held by your board of directors- and we demand payment for our damages caused by your criminal conspiracy

$5 grand costs of moving to pensacola and back

$15 grand costs of setting up shop in pensacola for our business agreement with Judas Mcardle

$30 grand for the cost of selling our home and business and giving mcardle our money which he stole and
bought the presses in your posession

over $60 grand in lost income thanks to your criminal enterprise

Otro acomplice es Marco Perez que se hace pasar por misionero a Colombia. Y otro es un empresario de nombre Jorge Garcia (en miami, dueno de Dunn Rite Services

WE CALL FOR THE RESIGNATION OF CONMAN CRIMINAL JEFF MCARDLE FROM THE MINISTRY!!!

Dear Peter Ruckman, Jeff Mcardle, Vince Larue and Ron Sparks et al,

This is your final warning letter. My Attorney's demand letter should be in the mail this week. You have exactly one week to respond.

Our damages contunue to climb and have exceeded $250,000 Dollars.

We will consider the presses Jeff Mcardle purchased with the money he stole from us as payment, but
we need to se them first!

We are not wasting any more time. We personally prayed and fasted for you people though your intentions were criminal from day one.

No explanation given whatsoever for throwing me out of PBI...You didn't want to incriminate yourselves with the stolen presses, etc.

Your Character Assasination threats will not work. I signed up with my legal name, your accusations are ridiculous and without merit!

We are going to the IRS today to demand a full audit for the past ten years of all your ministry activities...that is for Ruckman's bookstore, his bible institute, his church and his missions board. Same with Mcardle and Ron Sparks and Vince Larue...We can petition this through our lawsuit as well and we are pressing criminal charges this week as well.

We've waited six months while you bastards are getting filthy rich off the money from the proceeds of our home and you have shown absolutely no mercy or remorse. You won't even address the issue.

I call for the resignation of Jeff Mcardle from the ministry, the man is a criminal, a crook a liar and a professional conman unfit for the service of God. Same with the rest of you if you do not straighten this out.

These are our five promises if you do not address this issue immediately!:

1 PRESS CRIMINAL CHARGES WITH THE US ATTORNEYS OFFICE FOR FRAUD AND CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT FRAUD.

2 CONTACT THE INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE AND DEMAND AN AUDIT ON MCARDLE, RUCKMAN AND ALL THE OLE BOYS CLUB FOR USING THEIR NON PROFIT STATUS TO COMMIT MULTIPLE FRAUDS

3 ENTER INTO BUSINESS LITIGATION BY FILING A LAWSUIT FOR THEFT, CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT FRAUD, ETC.

4 THE ONLY THING THEY HAVE SAID IS THREATEN CHARACTER ASSASINATION AND ATTEMPTED EXTORSION AND BLACKMAIL...WE WILL RESPOND ACCORDINGLY TO THEIR ATTACKS.
